We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Assistant, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive efficient financial operations and support our office environment. In this vital role, you will assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will contribute to a professional, welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members alike.
DAILY:
- Enter invoices to Sage from Incoming emails
- Save Vendor invoices to SAGE
- Enter credit card transactions
- Scan and save documents as requested.
- Respond to vendor payment status inquiries based on information in Sage.
- Update Vendor banking details for ACH Payment Processing
- Reconcile Vendor accounts to Vendor statements
- Filing
WEEKLY:
- Reconcile credit card activity
- Manage Purchase Clearing report
- Prepare payments from Check run to be mailed
- Send emails to vendors to advise of payment enroute
- Other reconciliations as requested.
MONTHLY:
- Review & Update month end Vendor Checklist
- Run Monthly reports (to assist with month end close)
- Other tasks as assigned
Shift:Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)
Pay: 75k/yearly
