Celebrating Our Amazing Employees
What truly distinguished her, though, was how she handled challenges. When unexpected technical issues arose—at a moment where making a strong impression is critical—Erica didn’t waver. She remained calm, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring everything was handled the right way. Her ability to stay grounded and supportive in that situation spoke volumes about her professionalism and character.
Erica brings a rare combination of precision, composure, and genuine care for the people she works with. She doesn’t just move the process forward—she elevates it.
She is, without question, someone you want in your corner.
I can not think of a better recruiter.
If you are looking for employment definitely for to Capital Employment group in the ada county area and ask for Paulina.
She will treat you right.

Unlike other companies I felt that they were actually interested in finding me a job. And I actually did get a job within a few days so they are amazing. I would absolutely encourage everyone to go and talk to them.
but if it was a back ir a neck injury i would know what to do then Another lie from Nick. Now, when that didn't work, he accuses me of threatening people. Then why didn't this come up before I wrote the earlier review? I can report Nick to Google, Facebook or whoever just like him only I can prove he's a liar and I got plenty of witnesses. Even one of his own staff members who was there at the time and ai have the whole conversation recorded. It's only illegal if its a lie and I proved Nick the manager to be a habitual liar. Three attorneys out of the e I talked to said they would take my wrongful termination case. That should tell you something. I have no fake aliases. Another one of his lies. If i threatened you, a nurse ,and staff then why was I never questioned about it or even accused up till me reading his response. Obviously Nick doesnt know what a threat is just like he didnt know what extortion is. BTW. Me and the nurse you lied and said I threatened are good friends. What Nick refers to a threat is by me saying im going to sue him, which I am and its all perfectly legal. Whats Harrassment is Nick publicly coming on Google reviews and lying and saying I made threats. And to say I threatened his office staff? I never once even talked to his office staff except for when i got that deadly job to begin with.Nick is a control freek who wont even let his office staff even talk . Nick likes to make up lies to retaliate. I got no reason to have any aliases. I dont need to lie like Nick.I have nothing to hide. Go to Capital employment
but do so at your own peril. I would love to have my attorney barbeque Nick in court and expose him to be the liar he is. Its not harassment to write a truthful comment. Thats what the comments section is for,Nick the manager/ owner.Thats funny. Saying I threatened all these people and If I did,Nick would not hesitate to call the police like I should have him when he got right up in my face with his face all red. Now that's a threat. He never did report any threats because there werent any .And watch out for the fake reviews praising this company. Nick. You probly dont even know what the word"defamation" means either. That is what the review section is for.Honest reviews such as this. The 100% truth!! Wrongful termination Lawsuit pending.
I originally came in feeling ashamed for losing my previous job. Dynelle made me feel validated, understood, and ready to move forward. I have seen her do the same for multiple others time and time again. Treating people with compassion. As I became part of the internal team, I was able to be included in this magic…. Which is really a mixture of hard work, dedication, and a daily reminder to each other to be real with our employees and customers but never cease to be kind.
In the past 1.5 years we have been able to help employees move from chronic absenteeism to full-time permanent positions by connecting them to vehicles, counseling, vocational support, affordable medical care and health insurance, and honoring their dedication in/out of work as Employees of the Month. We strive to give away thousands of dollars to Employees each year, knowing they are the ones that make the Treasure and Magic Valleys run.
Nick brings his over 20 years of staffing experience to our office, but it is his tenacity and commitment to giving others the best version of ourselves that makes the real difference in our growth and the lives of our customers and employees. This is the only job where I take lessons I learn at work and teach them to my children: eating “poop sandwiches” (owning up to failures), paying into emotional bank-accounts, giving others grace during difficult interactions, and advocating for others while still coaching them toward success.
Speaking of children…. This is my own children’s safe place. My children came out of the foster system and this team has rallied around them like family and welcomed them into the office. Even on days where the office is closed, my kids ask to go see the staff because they are honest, down to earth, and always see the best in others. This team loves all its people, in all our messy everyday disasters. Even when interacting with our “competition” I see our owner strive to influence all of staffing toward a better and healthier model, and celebrate those achievements (such as other agencies adopting our “employee of the month” efforts).
I feel honored to be a part of this team who took a gamble on adding a “social worker” to their team. It has been exciting helping our employees that would have “failed out” of the system get paired with jobs, resources, and supervisors that fight for their success.
Just recently my daughter was able to witness a young man receive “dignity given freely” who had been rejected by another agency due to his perceived “aggression.” In reality, it was just a different culture of communication and his fear of being misunderstood. Something my teen daughter also recognized. This young man was able to leave with cash in hand to repair his car, a dedicated staff who had time and training to listen to his heart and fears through the employee's own cultural customs, and a job for the next day where he would be safe. These interactions happen daily with each of our staff.
I could not have adopted my children or advocate for those I am trained most to help without this team and their belief in their mission. Each team member makes me a better person: Dynelle teaches me what it means to do business with “heart”, Nick helps me see that good comes from staying the course even when times are tough, and Paulina treats every individual is a priority.
I am thankful for this business, vision, and the people who daily make new relationships with us.
1. Their staff is very attentive and pleasant, they take the time to help you find the right job for you.
They focus on your needs.
2. The salary of the jobs they have available is on average of other jobs.
It depends on the type of work, it is the salary payment.
3. If you are injured or have a work accident, they provide you with immediate medical assistance, they are with you throughout the process.
From the beginning, during your recovery, until you can return to your job or look for another job based on your new limitations.
Working for them has changed my life.
They have never treated me differently.
They haven’t made me feel a burden.
They trust me and they help me keep going.
They believe in me and they are empowering me, putting their trust in me, they let me know that I can do things that I didn’t even know I could do.
I AM PROUD TO BELONG TO THE CAPITAL EMPLOYMENT GROUP TEAM.
I thank God for the lives of each one or them.
Sincerely Gabriela Ramirez.
