Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay rate: $17.00 an hour (Temp-to-hire)
Job description:
This role is responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages in the warehouse and requires proficient computers and software skills and the ability to handle packages of all shapes and sizes.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling and packing the correct items for each order.
- Packing and weighing items
- Printing shipping labels & postage
- Inspecting merchandize received for damage
- Tracking inventory and keeping accurate records
Skills/Qualification:
- Proficient using shipping software, such as UPS and FedEx portals.
- Shipping orders in a timely matter to make sure customers get packages on time.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Must be able to efficiently operate a hand truck and pallet jack
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
