We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist/ Bilingual for an installation company that specializes in water and irrigation systems in Boise, Idaho.

Type: 3-months- long term
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm ~ Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:
· Handle all in-bound customer support interactions via phone, email, online.
· Maintain ongoing follow up outreach and communication loop with customers
· Provide support and walk customers through steps and questions on website
· Troubleshoot, reset passwords, deescalate tech support issues
· Maintain records and reports on clearly and efficiently
· Other tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications:
· MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
· Customer call center experience: 2 years preferred
· Software troubleshooting: 2 years preferred
· Customer/ Tech Support: 2 years preferred
· Knowledge of irrigation principles and systems not required
· Proficient using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
· Bilingual: Spanish preferred
· Ability to quickly learn irrigation, electrical, and networking technology, etc.
