Job Overview
Capital Employment Group is hiring for warehouse associates for our dynamic clients in the Treasure Valley area.
Duties
- RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse
- Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas accurately while maintaining inventory
- Assembly of product
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks with care and precision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by following safety procedures and conducting routine inspections of equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus
- Basic math skills are essential for verifying quantities, calculating weights, and ensuring accurate order processing
- Ability to work effectively with RF scanners for order picking & packing tasks
- Strong attention to detail combined with physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
