We have an immediate opening for a Packaging Tech, located the Boise area. This company specializes in the manufacturing of personal care, sanitation, and fragrance products.
Job description:
The Packaging Tech will be responsible for operating the production lines and setting up equipment as well as occasionally helping changeover lines. In addition to other maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a safe and clean workplace
· Troubleshoot equipment uptime/changeovers
· Coordinate schedules and timing with packaging supervisors
· Work with Maintenance Manager to solve equipment issues
Skill/experience:
· Ability to work on a team
· Ability for follow and execute directions from packaging supervisor
· report conformances as they happen
· Ability to problem solve and prioritize in a timely manner
· Ability to work as a team and create a positive atmosphere
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalency
· Ability to keep accurate paperwork and quality counts/ inventory
· Ability to work as a team and follow instructions
· Uptime and timely and efficient change overs
· Reliable attendance and
Job type: Contract-to-Career Pay rate: $18
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
