Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm *Monday ~ Friday*
Pay rate: $20.00 ~22.00 DOE
Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide support to Bookkeeper by maintaining incoming email, approx. 50 – 100 emails/day in addition to entering & saving data to more than one database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Label and enter Vendor invoices
- Review & reconcile monthly Vendor statements
- Review & reconcile weekly credit card activity
- Manage vendor Certificates of Insurance, Vendor W-9 forms, and Sales Tax-Exempt certificates within our software
- Manage & monitor Vendor credits related to freight claims
- Support Accounting and Purchasing with administrative and operational duties
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ office experience with accounting related responsibilities.
- Must be organized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum associate degree in accounting or related subject.
Must have experience.
