We are seeking an entry level Admin/Accounting Clerk to provide billing support and assistance to company personnel and retail department.
About company: Manufacturer and supplier of packaging and storage products. This company is located on the East side of Boise.
Responsibilities:
· Collect and sort invoices
· Enter data from daily work logs
· Prepare and file statements for billing
· Corresponding via email
· Supporting the retail department when necessary
Qualifications:
· Entry level office/admin experience
· Attention to detail
· Basic mathematical skills
· Knowledge of MS Office software
· Retail experience is preferred
Shift: Monday ~ Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm w/ 1 hour lunch
Pay rate: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour DOE
