Capital Employment Group is Idaho’s Best and we are hiring! We are hiring for a Batch Prepper for a manufacturing company that specializes in fragrances and formulas for various skin/beauty care products in Boise.
Job description:
This role will be responsible for prepping formulas such as measuring, weighing, and testing raw materials for batching process.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe and clean workspace
- Safely and diligently operate equipment and hand tools
- Mix and weigh all batches in accordance with batch sheets
- Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to do basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Safety consciousness
- Must be willing to wear a respirator when working with certain raw materials, half-faced respirators are acceptable.
- Must be willing to go through forklifted training/ certification.
Shift: 7:00-3:30 (flexible hours) | Monday ~ Friday
Pay rate: $18.00 an hour
