Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm | Monday ~ Friday
Pay rate: $17.50 + bonus & commissions
Job description:
· Placing outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
· Maintain, update, submit, and record contacts and status of accounts
· Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
· Submit reports on the status of accounts
Skills/Experience:
· Collection’s experience
· Financial & analytical experience
· Negotiation Skills
· Familiar with compliance
Qualifications:
· Call center experience (inbound customer service)
· Basic math, grammar, and keyboard skills
· Collection’s experience
