We are seeking Enrollment & Application Specialist to join our corporate team! This is a health and dental insurance company that specializes in the enrollment of families, businesses/employees, and individuals across the United States.
Job description:
Provides customer service to internal/external customers and agents/brokers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Gather and provide information to clients
· Explain policies and regulations and requirements to determine eligibility
· Maintain diligent notes and submit applications
· Communicate and correspond with medical staff when necessary
· Reviewing, correcting, and entering data as needed
· Responsible for meeting the needs of the brokers/clients via phone or email
Skills/Requirements:
· Basic math, grammar, and keyboard skills
· Knowledge if insurance operations (not required)
· Entry level administrative experience
· Proficient is Microsoft Office products
Qualifications:
· MUST be a local resident of Boise, ID
· Ability to follow procedures and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
· General knowledge or experience with compliance and policies
· Inbound customer service and call center experience is required
Job Type: Full time
Shift: 8am-5pm Monday~ Friday
Pay rate: $16.00 an hour
