We have an opening for an HR Assistant! This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity for permanent placement.

Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm

Pay rate: $20 an hour

Job description: Support the company’s or organization’s Human Resources Specialist. They tend to clerical tasks such as writing correspondence, answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments. One of the most important parts of an HR assistant’s job is maintaining personnel records, such as completing a personal profile online, I-9, hiring process.

Duties & Responsibilities: The HR Assistant will be responsible for aiding in the following areas helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs aimed at maintaining a safe, positive environment in a company, as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience completing, hiring process, applications, company policies, I-9 documents, etc.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of general compliance/privacy handbooks/company policies
