Job description:
We have an excellent career opportunity in Caldwell. This is a 52-year-old Idaho family-owned business who treats their employees like family! This company specializes in the fiberglass production of custom baths and showers.
Shift/Departments: We have a large variety of manufacturing departments and roles tailored to meet a variety of different skills.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Day shift: 6am-2pm ~ $17.50 | Swing Shift 3pm-11pm ~ $19.50
Bonuses and perks: “In addition to hourly pay” $500 sign on bonus once converted to the company’s payroll after (90 days) as well as additional $500 bonus, 90 days post-employment. Also, $100 per completed month of profit sharing.
