We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber splicing, network installation, and electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality service to clients. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within the telecommunications industry and requires a dedicated individual with excellent technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Furniture Field Installation Technician – Job Duties
- Install commercial and residential furniture according to layout drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines
- Assemble, disassemble, reconfigure, and relocate furniture systems (workstations, desks, seating, shelving, casegoods, etc.)
- Read and interpret floor plans, installation drawings, and work orders
- Safely load, unload, move, and position furniture at job sites
- Use hand and power tools properly and safely
- Ensure furniture is level, secure, functional, and visually aligned
- Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and clients regarding site conditions, issues, or changes
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or defective parts
- Perform minor on-site repairs and adjustments as needed
Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-4 (40hours with OT)
Pay: $18.50
