About the Role: The leads our installation crews and ensures commercial furniture projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. This role is hands-on in the field and is ideal for someone with extensive installation experience who enjoys leading teams and solving problems on job sites.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and support installation crews on commercial furniture projects.
- Review project drawings and plan installation sequencing.
- Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and coordinate site readiness.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure high-quality installation.
- Train new installers and develop skill levels across the team.
- Maintain communication with Project Managers and customers.
What You Bring
· 7–10+ years commercial furniture installation experience (Haworth experience a plus).
- Experience leading field crews or acting as Lead Field Technician.
- Ability to read plans, use installation tools, and solve problems in the field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on active job sites.
- Must Have previous experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
