We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician for a company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of skin care lotion and beauty products.
Job Description:
Tasks will include making lab batches following a formula, documenting, and communicating observations, R&D data entry, product evaluation, maintaining chemical and supply inventory, and maintaining lab organization and cleanliness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have experience
- Make laboratory batches for personal care products by accurately following formulas and procedures
- Document and communicate test results and observations
- Enter R&D data into internal systems with consistency and precision
- Evaluate product performance using established test methods
- Support product stability testing through sample preparation and documentation
- Assist with quality control testing and evaluation of production-scale batches
- Manage lab chemical and supply inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory environment
Position requirements:
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy with organizational skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Comfort standing for extended periods to perform bench-level laboratory work
· Ability to perform accurate calculations (basic arithmetic, algebra, decimals, percentages)
· Sensory evaluation capabilities (e.g., assessing color, odor, texture)
· Manual dexterity for precise laboratory work such as pipetting, measuring, and handwritten documentation
· Effective problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
· Proficiency with computers and accurate digital data entry
Shift: 7:30 am ~ 4:00 pm | Monday ~ Friday
Pay rate: $23 to $25 an hour DOE
