Job Description:
This role will be responsible for organizing office operations and procedures, assisting in payroll, answering phones and emails, data entry, and various other duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Post contents for social media and dialog as needed
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, emails, and forms.
- Resolve and manage administrative problems
Skills/Experience:
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and follows instructions well
- Good organizations and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft, Office, Word, Outlook
- Must have clerical or administrative experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm
Pay rate: $17.00 an hour
