This company specializes in supplies, support, and service to their many contractors such as, water products, treatment, landscaping, and irrigation.
Job Description:
This role will be assisting with day-to-day operations by greeting visitors, answering phone, taking messages, email, sending memos, connecting, and redirecting callers to the appropriate office personal, in addition to various other tasks and duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone and direct calls
- Schedule staff appointments and maintain calendars
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, emails, and forms.
- Resolve and manage administrative problems
Skills/Experience:
- Exceptional organization, written, and verbal skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail and follows instructions well
- Good organizations and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have clerical or administrative experience
- Excellent people skills
- Need to be able to rely on attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $15-$16 an hour
