Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to oversee front desk operations, support customer order processing, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and visitors to the appropriate department.
- Plan and coordinate customer order processing, working closely with inside and outside sales teams.
- Maintain positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries, managing order revisions, and performing stock checks.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to confirm and track shipping dates.
- Manage order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Perform general office and front desk duties to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ office administration experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing customer relations and multitasking effectively.
