With more than 20 years of experience in workplace safety, compliance, risk management, and workforce development, Tom Alexander helps bring Capital Employment Group's commitment to employee advocacy, workplace safety, and risk reduction to life.

As CEG's Risk & Safety Manager, Tom works directly with employers throughout Idaho to help create safer, more productive workplaces while reducing workers' compensation exposure and improving overall operational performance. His background spans industrial safety, accident prevention, regulatory compliance, employee training, hazard recognition, and safety culture development across a wide range of industries.

Tom is a Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist (CIWCS) and holds multiple safety and compliance certifications, including HAZWOPER/HAZMAT Train-the-Trainer, Certified Safety Director (CSD), OSHA 30, and Fall Protection Safety certifications. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen safety programs, reduce workplace incidents, improve compliance, and develop practical systems that protect both employees and employers.
