Job description:

This is an excellent career opportunity. This is a 52-year-old Idaho family-owned business who is known for treating their employees like family! This company specializes in the manufacturing process of custom baths and showers.

Responsibilities:

Manufacturing of custom baths and showers will consist of various steps such as fabrication, coating, laminating, mold trim, buffing/ shining, and installing accessories

Requirements:

· Experience is not necessary as training will be provided

· You must have a desire to learn and work well as a team

· Must have reliable transportation as good attendance is vital to your success

· Must comply with PPE, safety policies and procedures

Shift/Departments: We have a variety of openings/roles in our manufacturing departments, tailored to meet a variety of different skills.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Day shift: 5:00am-3:30pm ~ $17.50 | Swing Shift 4:00pm-2:30pm ~ $19.50

Bonuses and perks: “In addition to hourly pay” $500 sign on bonus once converted to the company’s payroll after (90 days) as well as additional $500 bonus, 90 days post-employment. Also, $100 per completed month of profit sharing.
