We are seeking a Tig/Orbital Welder for a semiconductor company in Nampa, ID.
Summary
As a Fabricator/Welder a you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling and welding components to meet industry standards. This position is vital to our mission of providing quality staffing solutions that empower both candidates and employers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques to ensure strong joints.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide fabrication processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards during all operations.
- Utilize tools such as micrometers for precise measurements during fabrication.
- Conduct pipe threading as required for specific projects.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications
- MUST have Orbital and Tig welding experience
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools like micrometers effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in assembling metal structures or components.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
