We are looking for entry level Tech Support Agents. This is a full-time WFH position, must be located within Treasure Valley.

WFH Instructions: You will be required to work in office for 1 week a month. The other 3 weeks each month, you will be working from home.

Training will be done in the office at the facility for 3 weeks to 1 month before becoming eligible to work from home, equipment will be provided by the employer.

Job description:

Tech Support Agents will be working with consumers to manage and maintain their personal finances using an advanced software program. It helps individuals manage their money, make independent and informed investment decisions, and plan.


· This position requires a substantial amount of patience, calm demeanor, and great customer service skills.

· Tasks will vary from assisting with password resets, diagnosing program errors and error codes, and walking customers through various troubleshooting steps.

Skills and Experience:

· Clear and concise communication skills

· Customer service and/or support experience

· Solid computer navigation abilities

· Dependability in our candidates.


· Prior experience in tech support, or similar roles

· Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Windows and remote desktop applications and software

· Good written and verbal communication skills
