Capital Employment Group is hiring in Boise for CNC & Machine Shop Assistants.
CNC Operator: Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and other equipment to make metal and plastic parts for company products. Work under the direction of the Team Leader. Operators are responsible to produce quality parts and exhibit good productivity.
- Starting wage: $18
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely machine maintenance and production documentation.
- Run machines/build production parts demonstrating a sense of urgency with a quality expectation that exceeds customer demand.
- Measure parts and verify against Engineering Drawings to ensure parts meet all print requirements.
- Follow company safety rules. Ensure others who enter the area are following the rules and staying safe.
Manage Documentation:
- Machine quality, productivity, and maintenance documentation

Machine Shop Assistant: Provide support to Machine Shop Machinists and Operators to improve shop efficiency. Keep the area clean and organized. Tumble and deburr parts. Load and unload machines as directed. Follow all safety rules for lifting and PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
- Starting Wage: $16.00
Experience is not required; we are willing to train!
