We are excited to share our newest opportunity in Meridian, Idaho! We are seeking Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire / Full Time opportunity!
Earn: $40k – $45k DOE
The Warehouse Manager, is responsible to manage the daily activities of warehouse staff. The Warehouse Manager will ensure that company and departmental goals are met, while adhering to safety, security of the company and its policies.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinates and directs employees in his/her department in handling and stocking of products.
– Responsible to stock and put-away all product received daily.
– Ensures picking locations are thoroughly stocked for daily order selection shifts.
– Works with receiving to clear docks and ensure proper put-away of product. Manages and delegates work assignments to employees and leads, follows through, and ensures that production levels are met.
– Responsible for the safety of staff. Must ensure that company safety policies are met and adhered to.
– Plays an integral part in the future planning of the department. Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Required Qualifications:
– Minimal of 4 years of management experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production environment.
– Supervisory experience is required. Experience with teams with 10+ people is a plus.
– Familiar with a variety of warehousing concepts, practices, and procedures.
