Job description:
- Placing outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
- Maintain, update, submit, and record contacts and status of accounts
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
- Submit reports on the status of accounts
Skills/Requirements:
- Collection’s experience
- Financial & analytical experience
- Negotiation Skills
- Familiar with compliance
Qualifications:
- Call center experience (inbound customer service)
- Basic math, grammar, and keyboard skills
- Collection’s experience
Job Type: Temp to Career
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm | Pay rate: $17.00/ hour + bonuses/commissions
