We are seeking a part time candidate to fill our Customer Support Assistant role. This position will be helping to assist in the operations of retail distribution.
About Company: Distributor of shipping and manufacturer of packaging and storage products.
- Taking in bound calls, placing orders, answer questions, and handles customer concerns via phone, fax, email, chat, and website
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating website and placing orders in fast-paced environment
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status inquiries
- Provide support and find the best resolution to customer questions and issues
- Dedicated to excellent attendance
- Customer service experience
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers
Job Type: Part-time
Shift: Day shift: 20 – 30 hours/wk., flexible schedule
Pay rate: $15/hr.
