Capital Employment Group is Idaho’s Best and we are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Inventory Payable Specialist for a locally owned oil supply company in Boise.
Job description: This role will be responsible for facilities payment of vendors using 3-point match of; invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, may include verification of purchase order numbers (PO’s), federal ID numbers, and resolving discrepancies.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Data entry will be an essential part of this role
- Calculating, verifying, and posting business transactions
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining records
- Coordinate the ordering and purchasing of supplies
- Receive, process, and verify invoices related to AP
- Track purchase orders and process payments
- Correspondence with suppliers and vendors
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Excel Spreadsheet REQUIRED
- Inventory experience is preferred
- Some Accounts Payable experience is a plus
- Data entry experience REQUIRED
- Excellent computer and organization skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through.
- Time management and detail oriented
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday ~ Friday) & Rotating half days on (Saturday) 8:00am-12:00pm
Pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00 /DOE.
