We are hiring for a Shipping & Kitting Pro for a local Meridian business who specializes in a variety of consumer products sold locally and around the World! This is a temp-to-career opportunity with the FULL host of benefits. This is a day shift role, working Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm
Day shift: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
40 hours per week; with some overtime opportunities
Pay: $15.00 hr with overtime offered
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure products exiting labeling machine are labeled correctly
- Examine product quality for mislabeling, cracks and other defects
- Filling orders, picking and packaging.
- Placing product in bags and boxes.
- Making sure product is packed and protected correctly.
- Maintain work flow through shipping department while maintaining quality and pace
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Occasionally assist with box construction
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
