Job description:
The job of a production crew member is to measure, blend, and deliver products in accordance to the schedule in a timely and accurate manner all the while adhering to all company safety policies. Must have experience.
1. Lift up to 55 lb. bags, boxes or containers
2. Accurately add ingredients to the process.
3. Kneel, stand, walk and lift to complete your duties throughout the shift.
4. Clean a facility where we are using fine powders.
5. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice is followed and to lead others if bad practice is observed.
– Willingness to periodically wear a Respirator
– Must be able to do basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
– The scheduled work hours can be flexible and there will be some OT involved on occasion.

Specific responsibilities
1. Maintain a safe and clean work place
2. Perform area specific tasks with direction from production supervisor
3. Safely and diligently operate equipment and hand tools
4. Mix and weigh all batches in accordance to batch sheets
5. Insure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPS)
