Job description:
- Gather and provide information to clients.
- Explain policies and regulations and requirements to determine eligibility.
- Maintain diligent notes and submit applications.
- Communicate regularly with medical personnel.
Skills/Requirements:
- Customer service & call center experience
- Basic math, grammar, and keyboard skills
- Insurance experience is a plus.
- Phone etiquette & strong communication skills
