Job description: We are seeking a Bilingual/ Customer Support Agent for an electronic imaging company in Caldwell, ID, this will be a 3-to-4-month seasonal position.
Job type: Seasonal 3-4 months
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm ~ Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $19 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and providing customers with the following support: website navigation, access and/or reprinting of federal and state tax documents, such as credit union statements, city utilities, and county notices.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer service and/or support experience
- Ability to communicate well
- Attention to detail
- Tech-savvy
Requirements:
- Spanish bilingual (reading & writing)
- Customer service (minimum of 1 year experience)
- Computer savvy
- MS Office/Platforms
