Detail-oriented Book keeper to join a small team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
The majority of the work is data entry into our system along with managing/responding to e-mails, AP/AR, Quick books
- Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Assist with monthly Profit & Loss reporting
- Help clean up and organize existing financial records
Organization & Operations
- Build and improve internal workflows and SOPs
- Create systems that help keep multiple businesses organized
- Maintain digital files and documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Help organize projects across multiple companies
- Recommend improvements that save time and reduce mistakes
Must have previous experience.
- Has 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys creating structure and improving processes
- Can prioritize multiple projects without losing track of details
- Communicates clearly and professionally
