The Customer Care and Retention Representative is responsible for serving our customers’ needs by answering requests via phone and email. This position will work with customers who are often upset and will assist them to the point of a happy customer. This position requires someone who is able to calm a frustrated person and still be able to maintain the requirements of the company.
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour + benefits after 90 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to telephone inquiries using excellent customer service.
- Courteously solves customer concerns.
- Works with clients to resolve sensitive service issues.
- Records resolutions.
- Follows up with customer to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have the strongest interpersonal skills.
- Must have a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Intermediate computer skills to include MS Office & Internet.
- Comfortable setting and achieving challenging goals and reporting performance.
Superior Qualification:
- BA or AA with an emphasis in business or communications.
- Bilingual
- Online sales experience and eBay familiarity.
