This position is a busy, full-time job, with hours scheduled between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are looking for a professional and outgoing person with a solid work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Details of the position: Customer Experience & Service Coordinator
- Heavy scheduling + dispatch
- CRM management (calls, texts, email, Yelp/Angi leads)
- Quoting jobs (window counts, job scoping)
- Route optimization / scheduling efficiency
- Follow-ups + order intake
- Commission/incentive tied to filling schedule
- Bonus: marketing/content/graphic design exposure
- Marketing Assistant and possible creating some flyers and sales material
- Excellent computer knowledge
