We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Agent. This is a 3-to-4-month seasonal position.
About: Located in Caldwell, ID, this company specializes in electronic imaging, print and mail, industry, working with a wide range of commercial and retail business nationwide.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and providing customers with the following support: website navigation, access and/or reprinting of federal and state tax documents, such as credit union statements, city utilities, and county notices.
Skills & Experience:
Customer service and/or support experience
Ability to communicate well
Attention to detail
Tech-savvy
Requirements:
Customer service (minimum of 1 year experience)
Computer savvy
MS Office/Platforms
Job type: Seasonal 3-4 months
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay rate: $16 – $17 per hour, DOE
