Job description:
The Soldering role will be responsible for various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand soldering.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Produce quality parts and exhibit good productivity. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely machine maintenance and production documentation.
- Run machines/build production parts demonstrating a sense of urgency with a quality expectation that exceeds customer demand.
- Measure parts and verify against Engineering Drawings to ensure parts meet all print requirements.
- Follow company safety rules. Ensure others who enter the area are following the rules and staying safe. Manage Documentation:
- Machine quality, productivity, and maintenance documentation
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Must have soldering experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Follows direction and works well as a team.
Day shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
Pay rate: $16.50 to $18.00 an/ hour DOE, shift differential, OT.
