We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the delivery of life-saving medical equipment.
Duties
- Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions
- Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Maintain a cleanroom environment by following strict cleanliness protocols during assembly and packaging processes
- Package finished products securely for shipment, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize manufacturing workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles within the medical device industry or related fields
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately and maintain high-quality standards
Pay: $18
Shift :7AM -4PM
