Gave me one or two jobs hear and there. Eventually went back to them after some unfortunate life events in need of a job. Regular phone calls, left a voicemail, Showed up in person. Just to see them post multiple job opportunities. Not return my phone calls after telling me they would get to me as soon as they had something. Liers. 100% would recommend going to a different staffing agency. I've been to a few and there are alot nicer ones with alot nicer.staff. save yourself some time and hassle also i did some digging and what the other person who negatively reviewed this place was told off by the owner of the company for leaving rude reviews about emergency responders. That reveiw doesn't exist in his end and they lied about that too.

This place actually takes the time to get to know you and they are actually helpful.
Unlike other companies I felt that they were actually interested in finding me a job. And I actually did get a job within a few days so they are amazing. I would absolutely encourage everyone to go and talk to them.

Do not trust Nick, the "office manager" here. He's a liar and a bully.I don't know who your talking about with your lying response. Nick is accusing me of extortion and making threats which he even admitted he don't even know what extortion means and he said he was "venting" and to wrongfully accuse someone of threatening someone which is also false. That's slander and illegal and I have the whole conversation recorded and my attorney said Nick is retaliating against me for filing an injury claim for necrotizing faciitis which is a deadly infection and Nick thought I was just going to take it as a loss thinking I was just another dumb temp employee.I talk to people.Nick is a known liar.I talked to my nurse that Nick the owner/manager said I threatened and she told me that she never ever said i threatened her and Nick wants to talk about me harrasing him on google and slandering him? Nick will Lie about you too if you get a deadly infection at one of the cheesy jobs they send you to.Theyll just treat you like trash like your nothing. I have 3 attorneys so far say they will take my case. Don't trust Nick or this company. He's a complete liar and he don't even know the labor laws and he's the manager. He even said himself he didn't know what to do when I reported this deadly infection. First he said I tried to extort him, he admitted to me even that he was wrong and he still terminated me for it and also lied and said I was fired for not reporting my injury in time when I proved in fact that I reported it the next day.Idaho Dept. Of industrial labor even said that it was my employer Nick who didnt file the claim in tome like employers are legally obligated to do but as Nick himself even said " I dont know how to handle this Necrotizing faciitis

I was supposed to have an interview in a few hours and was really looking forward to it . But a few hours before the interview they called to cancel because they hired someone else instead ! Like wait what ? So I never even got interviewed. The lady then proceeded to say we have other jobs but not in that pay range so it will be 3 dollars less per hr . Very disappointed was really needing a job and was hoping to get hired .

Terrible communication. Went for one job I saw was posted on indeed called before I came in to make sure it was open. Got here and asked for the job was told the job wasn’t open and it was given to someone else who had already came in but didn’t make it to the job for the interview. Which why would that matter to me I came for the job. She gives me an opportunity at another job which didn’t work because the hours were terrible.

I agree with the other one star rating. They didn’t clarify at all to me once that they were an agency group. I’m in need of a good paying job. I seen their post on indeed and almost wasted my little bit of money left on gas to go meet with them. I called and made sure this was a for sure thing and the lady instantly told me no it’s not a for sure thing. Terrible communication on there part, definitely upsetting was exited too get my one year old and I back up on our feet again.

Capital Employment Group has been a turning point in my life. I came to them looking for temp work and found a family and home instead. When I first spoke to Nick, the owner, he shared about his team’s commitment to “Dignity Given Freely.” As a counselor, this spoke to me. Over the last 1.5 years, I have seen this lived out every day.
I originally came in feeling ashamed for losing my previous job. Dynelle made me feel validated, understood, and ready to move forward. I have seen her do the same for multiple others time and time again. Treating people with compassion. As I became part of the internal team, I was able to be included in this magic…. Which is really a mixture of hard work, dedication, and a daily reminder to each other to be real with our employees and customers but never cease to be kind.
In the past 1.5 years we have been able to help employees move from chronic absenteeism to full-time permanent positions by connecting them to vehicles, counseling, vocational support, affordable medical care and health insurance, and honoring their dedication in/out of work as Employees of the Month. We strive to give away thousands of dollars to Employees each year, knowing they are the ones that make the Treasure and Magic Valleys run.
Nick brings his over 20 years of staffing experience to our office, but it is his tenacity and commitment to giving others the best version of ourselves that makes the real difference in our growth and the lives of our customers and employees. This is the only job where I take lessons I learn at work and teach them to my children: eating “poop sandwiches” (owning up to failures), paying into emotional bank-accounts, giving others grace during difficult interactions, and advocating for others while still coaching them toward success.

Just recently my daughter was able to witness a young man receive “dignity given freely” who had been rejected by another agency due to his perceived “aggression.” In reality, it was just a different culture of communication and his fear of being misunderstood. Something my teen daughter also recognized. This young man was able to leave with cash in hand to repair his car, a dedicated staff who had time and training to listen to his heart and fears through the employee's own cultural customs, and a job for the next day where he would be safe. These interactions happen daily with each of our staff.
I could not have adopted my children or advocate for those I am trained most to help without this team and their belief in their mission. Each team member makes me a better person: Dynelle teaches me what it means to do business with “heart”, Nick helps me see that good comes from staying the course even when times are tough, and Paulina treats every individual is a priority.
I am thankful for this business, vision, and the people who daily make new relationships with us.
