Ill be brutally honest I have never had good luck with "temp agencies" so almost as a matter of principle i try to avoid them at all costs. However I stumbled on a job that really drew my interest. I applied and it turned out initial hiring was done through Capital Employment. I jumped through all the hoops to do my application. I honestly did not expect to hear anything back for days if at all. But to my suprise with in a hour Paulina had reached out with some additional questions and set up a meeting with the agency. In less than a day she had got me an interview with the place i was looking at. 48 hours later and I am employed with them. As I said Ive never actually had a positive interaction until now. Every temp agency is have delt with just treated me like a cog pushing jobs that often had nothing to do with your needs like they have a quota.

Capital Employment feels different. While in reality my experiance with them is limited. I got the feeling that they really wants to help. I had a good meeting with them and had real conversations while I was there. Not just the usual robotic interactions I have come to expect from other temp services.

Paulina especially was a champ, she didnt waste my time and was best of all really sweet and dedicated getting me all the info I needed and getting me my shot at the job I wanted. I cant thank you enough. I feel like i should make an statue in her honor, but im kinda last and not a very good sculptor. Plus Im starting a new job so I have no idea where I would find the time.

Thank you Paulina and Capital Employment you guys are legends. I hope I never have to use you again but its nice to know you are out there if I need the help.

If you want to work, and need a job, you should come here. The process was about as easy as one could expect - they put me to work from sign up as soon as possible (2 days). I highly recommend CEG.
