The Plant Supervisor will supervise the manufacturing operations of the plant and the employees involved. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position requires an individual who is able to lead and motivate team members to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Help plan and organize production
- Keep track of production activities
- Follow and encourage best practices for manufacturing
- Contributes to follow up of activities and training
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Must have 2 or more years’ experience in a leadership role
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-up
- Ability to manage change
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be organized and communicate well
- Ability to solve problems responsibility
Shift Swing: 4:00 pm-12:00 am ~ Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $26.00 an/ hour
