We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist for an installation company that specializes in water and irrigation systems in Boise, Idaho.

Type: 3-months- long term
Shift: Day shift hours ~ Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Handle all in-bound customer support interactions via phone, email, online.
- Maintain ongoing follow up outreach and communication loop with customers
- Provide support and walk customers through steps and questions on website
- Troubleshoot, reset passwords, deescalate tech support issues
- Maintain records and reports on clearly and efficiently
- Other tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer call center experience: 2 years preferred
- Software troubleshooting: 2 years preferred
- Customer/ Tech Support: 2 years preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation principles and systems not required
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
- Ability to quickly learn irrigation, electrical, and networking technology, etc.
