We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist for one of Boise’s locally owned, professional full-service installation for cabinets, flooring, and granite.
Job description:
Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, staging, and delivery/loadout of inventory products. This role includes updating the company’s computer systems to properly maintain accurate product inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Unload deliveries and route trucks
- Verify product descriptions and quantities, match the vendor picking ticket/bill of lading.
- Receive product into the inventory software verifying quantities and descriptions match.
- Update product location in the inventory software.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in quantity or incorrect product being received.
- Update inventory software regularly for pickup changes and product left at warehouse.
- Work with Claims and Order Entry staff to resolve issues related to damaged product.
- Loadout subcontractors (installers).
- Verify that inbound/outbound product quantities and descriptions match.
- Locate and retrieve inventory from appropriate warehouse locations.

Requirements:
- Pass drug test via U.A.
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to routinely lift/carry product up to 50lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours between 7am and 5pm Monday-Friday & some Saturdays.
- Valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 5 years.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
Job Type: Direct hire | Pay rate: $17-$20 DOE.
Shift: 7:00 am-4:00 pm ~ Monday-Friday, some Saturdays.
