CEG is seeking a Hoist Repair Technician to add to our team. This is an entry level position with the potential to launch your career and an opportunity to advance.
Job Description:
The Hoist Repair Technician will perform inspections, repairs, troubleshooting/diagnosis, new installs, and several other services to our customers.

Shift: Day Shift ~ Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $18-22/hr. ~ Some mechanical or technician experience
$22-24/hr. ~ 5+ years mechanical and technician
Responsibilities:
- Overhead crane experience is a plus
- Ability to operate manlift (scissor, boom, forklift, etc)
- Possess troubleshooting skills
- Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn mechanical and industrial skills.
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently.
- Candidate must be willing to travel and work in production environments, with
Skills/ Requirements:
- Ability to complete electronic forms in a timely manner.
- Attend safety and crane training courses provided by the company or suppliers
- Ability to work extended hours, and on holidays, as required.
- Clean driving record – maintain company vehicle
Qualifications:
- Background in mechanical or electrical is a plus. We are looking for someone interested in long-term employment.
- Must be willing to work into this position with on-the-job training
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record, no major infractions in the last 3-5 years
