We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker. In these roles, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes.
Locations: Nampa & Boise
Responsibilities
- Recording using RF scanners and warehouse management systems l
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment for customers or manufacturing needs.
- Handle materials with care during stocking, order picking, and packaging processes while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist in warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, maintaining proper placement of inventory, and supporting warehouse supervisor directives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards.
- Strong skills in materials handling including stocking, load & unload activities, and order fulfillment processes.
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are a plus for potential growth opportunities.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards.
Pay range: $16-$19
Morning shifts: 6AM,7AM or 8AM start times
Swing Shift: 2:30 PM
